Delilah, a New Jersey native, discovered Pilates while recovering from a knee injury that she sustained while playing college soccer at Centenary University. This was the beginning of a life changing journey. She began practicing Pilates in 2011 after reading Joseph Pilates books Return to Life through Contrology and Your Health.
After one year of private training with Master Pilates instructor Jessica Moss, she developed a complete balance between her mind and body. Fascinated by the intricate healing abilities of the human body she decided to expand her education of the practice at Kane School of Core Integration.
Delilah is passionate about problem solving, homeopathic healing, and mind-body transformation. She believes Pilates is a great tool to gain self-awareness. Delilah focuses on balancing the body through deep strengthening using anatomical knowledge and proper biomechanics. She aims to provide sessions that are positively challenging and full of presence using conscious breathing.
